Reach
By committing to serve one to two times a year, you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents while engaging in valuable discussions. Share your experiences and insights with emerging talents and reveal potential career options.

Events & Special Projects
This is a great entry point if you want to make an impact at Powerhouse but don't have the availability to serve on a consistent basis. We offer a variety of events and one-time special projects that you can sign up for at your convenience.
The Help Center
If you have a heart for serving people experiencing homelessness, walking alongside individuals and families in crisis, and helping others find hope when they need it most, the Help Center is a great place to start.
Volunteer opportunities include serving at outreach events, joining our street team, assisting with reception or data entry, supporting case management, and more.


Residential Recovery
Walk alongside men and women as they break free from addiction, rebuild their lives, and create a different future for themselves and their families.
Our Women & Children’s Center and Men’s Recovery Center are two-year, no-cost residential programs where individuals find healing, stability, community, and the support they need to build a new life.
Volunteer opportunities include providing meals, driving residents to appointments, teaching classes, mentoring, and leading Bible studies.
Youth and Young Adults
Invest in the next generation by helping young people discover their purpose, build healthy relationships, and create a strong foundation for their future.
Our Youth Group and Leadership College provide mentorship and community designed to help break cycles of addiction, abuse, poverty, and incarceration.
Volunteer opportunities include providing meals, driving, leading games and small groups, teaching classes, and mentorship.


Sunday Night Church and Weekly Gatherings
Come be a vital part of a place where people find community, grow in their faith, and know they belong.
Through Sunday Night Church and weekly gatherings like our Men’s and Women’s Groups, we create spaces for people to build meaningful relationships, be encouraged, and grow together.
Volunteer opportunities include production, worship, children’s ministry, serving and providing meals, and more.
