The Powerhouse Leadership College is a two-year residential internship program for young men and women ages 18-24. This program is dedicated to presenting hope, healing, and on-the-job training to equip young leaders to impact generations.
Here you will experience a healthy community, receive paid job experience, develop your skills through personal mentoring, cultivate critical leadership skills, and see God at work in your life and the lives of others.

Internships
Receive paid work experience and be job-ready upon graduation. Explore fields such as graphic design, video production, audio engineering, event planning, marketing strategy, and more.

The Powerhouse Leadership College is a no-cost program that includes paid internship positions at Powerhouse Ministries and housing.
Can I have a job and/or go take college courses while enrolled in the Leadership College?
Many students choose to work and/or take college courses while enrolled in the Leadership College. Our only requirement is that they are scheduled outside of the Leadership College program hours.
